in fact in this rare Italian version (all shot in Thai locations) Cathy Greiner appears for 12' 23'', ..no a tiny part.

When did she die? What did she die of? I can't seem to find the post in which that was stated, nor do I find anything about her death on the internet (but I might not search the right places, the Internet is a big place).
So please post links to any articles you might find about her death.
