arrrgh change my pic pleeeease!
Re: arrrgh change my pic pleeeease!
Yeah, it was from a crap set, that I managed to sell to two different editors! They thought it was crap as well, but I still got paid over ?1000 for them! So... I think I'll keep shooting crap sets and leave the 'classy' stuff to those who like to brag about their pictures!
Re: arrrgh change my pic pleeeease!
Cor, if that's the case John maybe they'd buy some of my crap pictures?

I've been doing it and getting away with it for years, so there's no reason why you shouldn't!

To be fair John, i think the one of yours that Teoni has as her profile on bgafd is top drawer. Yeah I know its not her real name but why bother offending anyone. But money or not that picture really IS crap! lol Its not the way its taken, the pose or anything, just the fact it makes an attractive girl look almost ropey. (no offense karina)
Re: arrrgh change my pic pleeeease!
Chris, have you ever considered that it was shot that way on purpose! What is the point of shooting a 'classy' set when the editor has asked for a 'readers wives' set. If the girl is good looking then you have to make her look 'ordinary', because if you don't give the editor what he asked for, he won't buy it!
This is the main reason why so many 'wannabe' photographers never make it in the business. They shoot what THEY want to see rather than what the magazine editor is looking for.
I didn't select that picture of Karina for the site, it came from cool piranaha who manage my web site and as far as I'm aware it's been up there for months. If girls are unhappy about their pictures then they've always been removed. I suspect that this has more to do with the fact that Karina and I don't get along anymore than anything else.
