Don't trust google!

You need to have an account to go through the adult check before.
You can't access the "erotik-auktion" with google.

Write them an email. Which is also a good advice for finding stuff.
Don't rely on what is listed or what is findable via google. Shops won't update their site for just one copy. They often have more or can get it somehow.
