I've got a copy now- same scenes as yours- and the cover-
credits are:
"Angelina Sweet, Angelina, Katia, Lucy, Lucy Ioxxx, Casandra,

Virginia, Angela, Patricia"... certainly more than seven girls!!
There is a 16-min. BTS featuring, inter alia, Sarah Blue
[cumshots] and Angelina K [nude]- and the latter is featured
on the artwork, suggestive of the longer version.
