This last post is clear, but what is '.... Hammer hart' and what does it have to do with any thing else in this thread?

context.

Thanks. Given the doubt over the Martina Flower and Erika Bolton names, I'll change Martina Flower to Amanda [6] next update.

Fair enough- as I said, AFAICT she has had a different alias in every
Euro title I've seen.
It's a pity we haven't found one with her usual US alias 'Cathy'.....
