It does not appear to be an Italian movie, the voice over is so patently fake.
The screencaps and the actual movie clips on that site don't allow for better view and analysis.
It does appear to be Menage Trois as you can see that long tongue dart out during the cum shot at the end of the scene. The actor with long hair at the left appears to be Steve Hatcher, but can't be sure. The guy on the right is not seen clearly and does not look familiar.l
I have checked some box covers for Menage'a anal/DP scenes (identified at IAFD) but have not been able to come up with movie title.
