Castellano and Debora Coeur, the second is from "Casting", the 3rd one (that you mentioned with FTW) is from "Hollywood Connection", I think there were partially american cast, anyway I have fullcastlist: Veronique, Amanda Rae, Stefan Olden, Angie, Peter North, Frank Admont, Sara Willis.
