She is Mona Lisa (she's with Peter North in that scene); the scene first appeared in the video The Young One, Part 2 (1992).

Mona Lisa was the one I mentioned in my early post of a highly ID.
If one compares the girl in the second pic, with the Mona Lisa Mona Lisa on the box cover of ANAL THRILLS, it seems so be quite close.

It's not IAFD's fault that they have to use for headshots whatever comes their way. Possibly sometimes provided by their own editors from their personal archives (and their own searches) and other times from submissions made by other people like you and me. There is not a wealth of great glamour pics in the internet for performers that were active way back then. Trying to cap a good pic of an actress (face) from a movie made back in the 1980's or 1990's is not an easy task either.
That being said, I cannot understand the horrendous headshots for performers liker Tom Byron, Joey Silvera, who are well known and have had long careers.
My guess for Mona Lisa was based on (rather faded) personal recollection of her reddish hair, fair skin, and those peculiar faked breasts (which she got a little after she began her porrn career). She was not really an A-grade performer and she was not often seen on box covers. But I cannot understand why the name "Stephanie" was used for her billing, and whether that was a choice of hers.

I appreciate all the problems- but I think iafd's main one is their necessary reliance
on just the one pic rather than a gallery. That's been remedied somewhat for recent
girls [when the links actually work] but I can't envisage a 'one-size-fits-all' solution.

They all appear in the movie except Misty Lyn (it's not a name I'm familiar with) ? there is a Misty Lyn on IAFD, but it?s a terrible picture ? she may well be the blonde.
