I know that Mya Diamond only performed with her husband (but I'm not sure if it was her boyfriend only), one thing I heard about Eve Angel. It is well known that she only did boy-girl stuff in her early career, but one of the reasons is that she got engaged and started to do girl-girl only. This last one is not 100%.

There are a couple guys who have performed with Mya more than him, like Lauro Giotto, but these are the guys you see in everything, so it isn't unusual that you would see them listed so frequently with almost any actress.
