I believe that is Sebastian Barrio. From his looks and the the woman in the scene I would say this scene goes back a few years. Perhap you can try to rummage through some of his older titles (through IAFD) to attempt to ID the woman.

The Szilvia and Sebastian Barrio scene comes from LA MONTAGNA DELLA PAURA (2002) (Mario Salieri)
