After a long hunt, I managed to find a new clue about this babe:

Her name appears to be Petra (aka Nina Crosley) http://www.egafd.com/actresses/details.php/id/n00191
I don't 100% know if she's indeed her. But by checking the video, as well as this pic, I thought she could probably be her, but with dark hair.
She appear in the Teenies Extrem series, as well as many other DBM/German production movies that are not listed anywhere.
I tried finding more info, browsed a few more titles by Color Climax, Videorama & Magma, but I just can't find any movie with this clip. Probably is featured in a compilation or something.
At this point, if someone know the name of this full movie, it will be very appreciated.
