As jj said, child protection laws were made in Italy just a few years ago (mid 90's). For example if you read an Italian Mickey Mouse comic from the early 90's you can find inside it pics (and home addresses!!!) of the young readers looking for new friends... Of course this madness today is impossible, but at the time it wasn't..
I have to say Cicciolina was pretty famous in the 80's, not only for her porn career, but especially for her political role. She was candidate and then elected for the Italian Radical party (check here if you want to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ilona_Staller).
I remember when i was a kid, Cicciolina had a concert in my little country but no pornography or nasty things was involved.. just songs..
So those kids (surely) and those parents (maybe) didn't even know they where putting their faces in a porn movie.
The only person we can blame for doing such an idiotic thing is Riccardo Schicchi but, at the time nobody gave a fuck and Schicchi died a few years ago.

PS: soz for my shitty english

Your English is fine - and much better than my Italian : -)
The C No. 1 entry has now been rewritten, and your girl has gone in as an
unknown.
