The last sentence came across a bit forceful and made me sound like a dictator. But you get the gist i'm sure...

I don't know if this will interst anyone w/out my legal bent, but about 3 years ago the cops here arrested a guy for doing something to corpses in the funeral home in which he worked.Transpired there was no necrophilia law on the books, & the State of Florida was quite chagrined. The man was released but far as I know, didn't sue.

Pardon me for veering on topic but this new Blunkett Act also makes it an offence to profit from sexual images of models aged 16 or 17. A question often asked on here was is it legal to sell pictures of 16 and 17 yr olds....Well not any more it aint. Its also now illegal to have sex with a prostitute aged 16 or 17 but still legal if no money is involved so a teacher who seduces a 16 year old pupil is OK but a punter caught with a 17 year old prostitute can get jail time. It seems the issue of people profitting from these girls is what is being targeted.

I have no strong feelings on this new Act at all....but then I have not read the whole thing yet so theres probably something in there somewhere for me to have a rant about.

Marcus re the necro kid on your landing. How did he get caught? I expect some rotten cunt split on him. (sick joke I know)

more interesting, from a pornophile perspective, is the fifth paragraph from bottom on this page:

could this be a means by which producers/distributors will be able to get material past the censor (sorry - classifier) that up until now, has fallen foul of existing law?

Take no notice Mike, it's just the whiskey talking, or should that be rambling?

Well spotted. It looks like the bbfc will now have to allow outdoor scenes for R18 as long as there are no innocent civilians in the area who could be damaged by witnessing such depravity.

On the other hand if voyuerism is now illegal will the bbfc cut pretend voyuer scenes such as Uncle Ben following a girl down the street filming up her skirt? I know its all pretend and set up so not in itself criminal but its possible that the bbfc might say it DEPICTS an illegal act. After all they are pretty down on other role plays of acts which are not legal.
