IMO "Jo Brown" is just a fake credit and doesn't refer to a certain person.

This might be true...
At least to me it is unknown if any other "male" was ever involved in a film
when "Jo Brown" credits appear.
Besides that... Most of the time he intoduces himself as "Paul" "Bernd" oder
"(Herr)Schmitz" but "Jo Brown" also used to be among these.
Do not know anything about such matters....
So, I will leave it by saying: At least IMHO this guy is not Thomas Fritz....
