As far I can tell from the preview at hotmovies the scene of XNK8234 isn't present in Satan Titti.

Maybe you could change the note like that:
It seems that in the repackaged Horny Diana Natascha's scene is replaced with XNK8234's scene.

Because I didn't have the DVD of Satan Titti.
I noticed that hotmovies sometimes has not all scenes, which are in the DVD.
It could be that the xnk is present in Satan Titti (DVD-version). Very unlikely, but possible.
In this case Natascha's scene would not be replaced, but omitted in Horny Diana.

But you talked about the Horny Diana DVD:

And Natscha's scene was exchanged for the XNK8234's one.
IMHO any doubts about the real/full content can only go out
to the "Satan Titti" DVD-Version...

Deezer more/less nailed the reasoning behind my apparent vagueness.
I couldn't personally verify the info (however trusted the source on
here!) and I trust HM about as far as I could heave a T-72 tank : -)
