maybe I was wrong about it being prescription but it's generic viagra still, wouldn't want to risk selling it as all the websites that sell it are based in India to avoid legal problems.

This year the Agency has opened investigations on 244 cases, closed 154 cases and submitted 36 cases for prosecution, 22 of which were joint actions with the Crown Prosecution Service.The Agency issued 15 formal cautions, and brought 59 cases into compliance by giving written warning and advice. It referred 24 cases to other Agencies for them to continue investigation using legislation other than the Medicines Act.
.During the year investigators seized and removed from the market over 103,830 unlicensed products,not including counterfeit packaging and labels associated with the intended supply. The estimated street value is ?919, 496. Items seized included:?Chinese herbal products;?Viagra and a variety of derivatives (kamagra,pamagra, silagra);?Valium;?thyroxine;?anti-oestrogens ? associated with the illegal use ofanabolic steroids;?anti-acne preparations ? associated with the illegal useof anabolic steroids; and?skin lightening products.
.Internet investigation remains the focus of all enforcement authorities globally and will increase in 2002/03.The Agency continues to liase proactively with other enforcement authorities in the UK and overseas. It has carried out successful operations in conjunction with several of them this year, including the FDA, the Dutch Healthcare Inspectorate, Belgian authorities and the Irish Medicines Board. The Scottish Executive link with UKAgencies continues to develop, with regular joint activity being undertaken with the Police authorities, the TradingStandards Agency, HM Customs and Excise and, lately, the Immigration Authorities.
