Depending on what the Private film was for it would hard to tell if ?500 is too much, the reason i do Private films for people is that they pay more than companies etc.
For a private shoot e.g. 2 hours of raw footage before the edits i can easily earn this amount for a 2-3 guy shoot, this is why more models stay amateur, what was the film you wanted her to do?

As I said in my reply to Tequila the ?500 was a start off price, which the model quoted before asking what I wanted.

It was years ago (10 at least) when I asked and she said something on the lines of I start at ?500 but you tell me what you want and I'll work the price out.
