It would appear that you are not aware of the child protection act or how it works but basicaly if you show the face of a minor in or on any publication you are breaching their civil and human rights BIG TIME. Even if their mom says its fine YOU as the web master are still breaking the law. It coul be taken further and suggested that it leans towards childsex as its a sexual picture with children in it. Oh OK.
I only chipped in because this was one of the first lessons I learnt when I started videoing models in their own homes. As soon as I started editing this particular tape I realised that photos of the model's kids were on the mantelpiece behind her. At least with a photo you only have to blur it once - with video I spent all day pixellating out part of every bloody frame.
