Simple advice for models. If a so-called photog reckons he's working for a magazine, then call the magazine up yourself, ask for the editor and find out for sure.

So few magazines actually commission sets these days in either the US or UK, that finding the liars out is dead easy. It's one thing for a photog to say he's sold material to a magazine (yeah, usually readers wives stuff), and quite another for that magazine to commission them. If you're ever in any doubt, call the magazine and ask. That way, you'll avoid any trouble.

If you would like to hear what the REAL "HUSTLER" comments were,it is as follows:
"Never heard of this guy,most of stuff is shot by the magazine direct,and only 2 staff photographers,CLIVE MacLEAN and MATTI KLATT,do that & neither shoots in the UK"...on the otherhand,any Joe can submit and hope they will buy!rates running from $1800 to $3500 on average.
But hell,you have got to be bloody good at your job-the rejection rate is awesome even to a professional...
