they can only take possesions if the person cannot show suitable legal income to cover their personal assetts. theres a new generation of booters who are now self employed traders so CE or TS struggle to get them in court on a valid charge so only stock is now taken.

for those of you with a brain I'll point out that I was not proclaiming car boots as the answer and to be honest im strugling to see how any thinking adult could but meerly pointing out that the booters are now getting crafty and focusing on the sale of porn. I started a thread to advise of some legal changes made by the BBFC. You went on about a criminal and he is making a packet so don't get all shirty. I am happy with the state of my adult business and Iam working to improve it and aid the other producers, I have spent my hard cash over the years on the industry and with 25 plus years in it I believe my opinion and advice has a value. You on the other hand hopefully buy a few DVD's and thats your worth now keep to that and leave the marketing to the producers,

Now we all know you can't read as well. I have never said any thing like bastard etc.. I have done well out of porn better than most but I know its changing I will change to suit.
