mty heart always sinks when I see Paycom as the only processor, they are crap and don't work most the time, then they try to get you to sign up for this 'epassport' bollocks, which suprisingly doesn't work either. as for customer support, forget it.

quick examble, I used my card to join 'naughty america' which is Paycom, then my card was rejected for 'bang bros' also paycom???
bottom line you would probably lose money from failed transactions if you only had paycom

That's why I have Paycom as my secondary and only on one site at the moment. I have to check out competitors etc. and when I try to sign up through them, I also have probs... LOL. I have ePassporte as that's how they pay me.... This system is really to be used as a virtual cc though it can be used as any other cc. It's a Visa Electron card

true, but that's only if you are able to sign up for the epassport, i was declined for that too lol

I had probs getting set up with ePassporte even as a Paycom webmaster, due to certain business reasons. It took them 2 weeks to get the account going and a few phone calls, and they really put themselves out for me. I suggest you call them and I'm sure they'll get an account going for you

oh, i've mailed them numerous times before, fucking useless are the words that spring to mind. Nah, fuck em if they're too shit to sort it they can bollocks for my cash!
