It's in the book I mentioned.
Hershell Gordon Lewis is the doyen of these low-budget film makers and Tartan brought out a lot of his films which makes me think that there is interest there. Some others of these low-budget films might have been reissued by American companies. If so, they'll probably be ones in the book.
