Nice bit of advice there sam.
That answers the question!
I knew some guys would have second thoughts but 16 non turn ups out of 30 is more than I expected!

First thing any new performer in the business has to have is certs, without them you wont get work you may get an audition but get your certs first and you stand more chance.

i know that you have to get certs and i already have them. I have done research into doing this. However, its extremely hard to find the time to get professional shots taken and then throw yourself around etc when you have a full time job in the day. And as everybody knows it is very hard for a male performer to have this as is first and main job. If people like scorpian wernt prepared to give people like me a chance then the business would kill itself out. I understand that there are a lot of fakes out there who say things they dont mean but they shouldnt dog people like me's reputation. The percentage that dont show up is incredibly bad as is those who cant get it up but at least they are trying. just seems like everyone in this business is a bit cliquey and i understand that you should have to earn your way into it. However, how can you earn your way into it when everybody puts you down when u attempt it and no1 gives you a chance!

listen mate,
nobody is knocking your reputation as you simply don't have one at all until you have proven yourself!
Adding female models to msn and asking them if they would do a boy/girl shoot with you for content share is not the right way to go about things either! (just a bit of advice for you)

Speaking as an "Old looking guy", recently I asked an agent to set up an audition for guys, he announced he'd found 10 who were up for it. When I arrived with the model, there were indeed 2 guys waiting, one was absolutely terrified and the other showed me a design he'd done for a Tory Party poster, he then proceeded to violently twitch. I turned the camera off and sent them home after 10 seconds, both had shrivelled up dicks with no hope of a hard on. One hour later 2 more guys swaggered in, (an hour late) as I was packing up, naturally I sent them home, sorry but male studs are NEVER late on my shoots.
This was the second of 2 disastrous auditions I did, i had to shelve the project I had in mind.
So here's another producer who can't be bothered to give "new guys a chance".
I tried this 3 years ago with the same result and this is why I became jim slip, no choice.

no by the sounds of it nobody wants to work with you as you seem to give people a hard time. im not talking bout anyone in paticular but i come on here and ask for a bit of advice and all i get is a hard time. As i said about reputation you cant really earn it if no one will give you the chance. Its not as if ive said or done anything wrong and people seem to be having a go at me about experiences they have had with other guys
