The French, spannish and all but 3 members have Hard Core on Sat or terrestrial already, they are normal. They know that as long as it is protected or encripted then its fine. If you meen the any delivery suggestion then it has already been kicked out. EU can't even agree to a digital platform so whats left. In any case if you understood how this works then they would need to stop the internet first, and as I have an ISP in Taiwan and it would take a day to move the complete library there tell me how they stop someone watching legal content when they can't stop terrorism on the net. Worth noting is the goverment themselves have signed up to this system and EU are offering millions in grants to instal it.
Less than 1% of our IPTV will be adult we have signed agreements with the biggest African broadcaster outside Africa who has millions on his network. My box plays in 76 countries and over 900cities can plug it in and view world TV on their TV's.

Will post a list of UK producers on-board later this week but its more like who is not. ETO were at my place this week and we let them test drive the system and the new box which has DVB on it. There opinion you can read in July's edition but the sentence I remember was only a fool would ignore this. So if you are a producer mail me.
