That pretty well sums up why I'm personally getting the fuck out of the business and leaving it to my new business partner Nadia to work with the models. Roxanna scared me when I shot her. Yes she is very professional and I'm sure Nadia wants to work with her in future.

My impression is that Roxanna has grown up in a different culture which doesn't indulge in what some see as the 'false politeness' of the English. This means that there might be a tendency to see her as 'abrupt' when she is just being direct ... it's an attitude which is without what we might see as 'niceties', however those niceties are often about flattery, manipulation and 'playing people'. Should it really be 'scary' that she doesn't indulge in these behaviours ?
She looks great, by all accounts she's professional which means she can deliver in terms of all the things professionalism implies eg reliability, work of a high standard. What more could you want ?
