From reading previous treads/posts in this forum as well as other forums, how can most people interested in this field of work achieve this, due to the outlay costs of Models, camera, equipment, property to shoot in, etc ?

So basically, from what's been said here, and previously on other forums, there is about 0% chance of new guys getting even a start in the industry, let alone any form of continued work?

UK Adult Producers are doing an event in london on 13th July for men to try out, with around half dozen plus producers which are likly going to have work on tap.

Starting out is the biggest hurdle Snake.

No one wants to take the risk with a new guy, and they're 10 a penny.

With a name like Snake though, I think you've put pressure on yourself there !laugh!
