This is where Joe A excelled. Kim if you are a member of UKAP we have a DMCA notice you can slap on him which is quite effective as if he does not comply you can actaully set the wheels in motion to get his site shut down and he will lose his merchant account.

Usually this is enough to make people buck up their ideas. I've even had a profuse apology from a couple of offenders.

Thanks again to everybody who has given me advice on thread, i sent another e-mail since putting this thread up but still no Joy. I will try some of things mentioned of this thread & see if that works.
