				Took me a while, but just found the Manor on Google Earth. Looks good from the air, I must say. Love to use it as a location sometime. Anybody got several grand doing nothing?

				How much are you offering to pay per day?
Have mansion house/servants house available.
3 floors/18 rooms/6 bdrms-7full baths/3 1/2 baths.
Large  panelled library,ballroom,dining room for 20,
12 auto motor court,etc...What is your budget.
What about insurance?Security?  etc.....
House old family,rarely occupied,owned by myself and my uncle,Raymond
Astor-Vanderbilt,III.he is agreeable depending on money.Hve rented out for
movie before.
