Given that everyone on this forum will have his/her own preference regarding which girls should be on the banner, it leaves us with no alternative than to replace the girls with a picture of a cup of tea and a bottle of whiskey... a move which I feel will find support from certain quarters! )

you could always change the banner around like for example monthly have cathy,then alternate with say rebekah and so on,take it in turns so to speak..
