Several girls offering deals working out at about ?20 for solo toys.
Magazines paying less then they used to. Losses have to be passed on
Content share/profit share deals forcing prices down, losses have to be passed on
?/$ exchange rate crippling, losses have to be passed on.
Market awash with cheap work, forcing prices down, losses have to be passed on.

I recently had to lower my rates to try & get more amatuer work in while I wasn't certificated .. My deal was ?100 for up to 3 hours solo stills, thats about ?33ph .. cheap as chips !! The trouble round my area is there is a girl who charges ?40 for 2 hours for the same .. so does me out of most of the work at my normal rate of ?75ph lol !!

If I decided I wanted to shoot Alysha Leigh, I don't think I'd go and shoot Mary Bloggs instead because she was ?20 cheaper...
