She needs to get herself some good pics, and good pics are worth paying for.
Dave Wells is a REALLY GOOD photographer.
Then get them out there - my site, be seen here, other model sites.
If she's as good as you say, get an agent (I can give pointers there, if she's genuine).
She needs to handle her own business - this is an industry very wary of boyfriends because they are often idiots or pushing the girl. By all means handle her emails etc behind the scenes, but let her do the talking.
Web Site - you should be shooting at home a stock library for a site, though sites don't make money unless you treat the site as a business OR use it to capitalise on her fame, if she makes it.
