It could be viewed as a really good helpful post. But the cynic in me is wondering if there are people out there reading it thinking to themselves
"Ah thats how you do it, always wondered how!!!!"

One thing that has not been mentioned in this append (cant see it anyway)
which may catch a lot of people out.
It has nothing to do with keyloggers, and will NOT be found by any anti virus or security software.
This is where you get an e-mail with a link to a web site in it.
The link says it will take you to the eBay site, or your bank site, or the paypal site, or some other "official" site you can logon to.
But it will NOT take you to the genuine site, but a "mock up" made to look like the "proper" site. But the mock up will just be a front, and its only job is to "capture" your userid and password.
This type of scam is called phishing.
Best way to avoid this is to NEVER click on a link in an e-mail.
If you want to go to the site then put the "proper" site on your favorites and select that.

You need to know how it's done to be able to properly protect yourself obviously some people after reading my post will go and buy this software and start to use it maliciously and like I said in the post, it is illegal to install it on a computer you do NOT OWN... and also if you break the law by tricking other people to install it on their computers so you can montor them then you can be traced and caught using the steps outlined in the post.

I think apples 'safari for windows' proved that they cannot handle PC's share of users to keep their 'safe' system.
It is proven that Mac's have been 'safer' due to smaller markets since the PC 'hackers' found exploits on Safari that also worked on OSX Safari, so with the advent of dual boots and mac's market growing, its only time before it becomes a viable target.
