I want to know what happened to this 'bareback revamp' that started, where by escorts was doing bareback with clients who had certs, some also said the client needed 3 months clean certs and never on a first booking.

I think this was a step forward, it would bring escorting onto an even keel with porn, but I only heard of a dozen or so escorts doing it along with a huge hype. Far from ideal but a step in the right direction.

Oh yes im 100% sure - i wrote to the escorts concerned under the guise of a potential booking to check.

As i mentioned in an earlier post, its on offer to any bloke that cares to make a booking and pay the money.
