Or you can go to college pay ?200 for a course, then buy the 'Abobe Dogs Bollocks Suite + Books' on a student top for about ?190. So for ?400 you do a night school course in either web design or photoshop course, AND you get the legit software and books for well under half what the basic software alone.
If you have time on your hands, full time college courses are free, if your not in fulltime work you can appliy for discounted fee's.

I never said 'I' would be the next big thing, I just said the site would be, I also apoligised later for my ignorance in the matter, but yet some people just cant accept that some people are new to things and dont always know all the rules and just have to be nasty like you Big John Studd
