Yes that was a "Before" pic I had done, I went to Transform Clinic for surgery and look at me now, ma, I'm king of the world!!!!

esp Jim in 'guys n gals' Jimmy Saville get-up, you've got the tracksuit and cigar, you've got the wig and glasses, you've got a wad in your pocket for the ?500 challenge but still something's missing. I give you the final piece of the jigsaw, the 'Jim fixed it for me' soap-on-a-rope. It completes the look and serves a secondary purpose as a sanitary product to rub-a-dub-dub the back door you'll be plundering.
