I think the tattoo of the Joker is based off his Arkham Asylum: Serious House on Serious Earth appearance. Could be wrong though.

It was from the Arkham graphic novel which came out in the late 80's (just like me!).
Yeah, I have a few images and ideas for the rest of my sleeve already and I'll just let the artist do the rest on the day.
