I'd prefer the system to compensate me if/when the model no-shows, as it does her in the reverse situation.
As thats not going to happen, its not much better than the current ad hoc system of name and shame that already exists, and offers the producer nothing extra.
I appreciate you're trying to solve a difficult problem, and I don't have the answer either, but its one of those things thats fine in theory, but won't work in practice.
