I've no idea what a designer vagina is lol, as for boob job I've never understood the emphasis people put on size, I just like them to suit the figure & Tammie looks gorgeous just as she is.

I'm still absolutely estatic that Shay called me "Noble" earlier .

Designer vagina is having her inner lips chopped off coz they stick out further than her outer lips. Which if i'm not mistaken is considered extremely hot by loads of guys. And me. !wink!
