Probably overkill for my shooting needs.

I really wanted to get a handle on what format people were shooting on, and how widespread NSTC was in the UK

The only time I have had NTSC to edit is when it has come from abroad. I have only had to shoot NTSC once and that was for an American production that needed footage shot in the UK.
