I occassionally shoot for Lyndsey he hires my studio, and was only speaking to him last week. he is not looking for anyone at the moment as he is tied up doing contract work. Shooting no new series stuff with new models for a few months. He only ever needs girls and in 2 years have never known him even enquire about guys.

Interesting point.

There is always the claim of passing off but if LH tried to sue for defamation, it would be a much more difficult case because as someone with a criminal conviction he is deemed to have no character to lose.
