Yes, I also agree with you all.

However "Professional" and "Courtesy" seems to be words which people don't understand anymore.

I also have a day job where people post on Facebook "recovering from last night" then have the gaul to say "I'm stressed" when what they mean is "I'm hammered".

I was at a concert on Wednesday and people saw on issue with being stood at the front shouting to their friends about their personal lives.

As for the porn industry, why is the UK not in the same league as the US? This is a good illustration. Lots of models see it as a way to pay off the student debt easily - I mean ?350 for a few hours will pay the rent for a month in some places - but don't realise for others it's a profession.

I've always taken time to get certs even if not working and inform people if I'm running late.

I doubt she will cover the costs. I was more angry at having to drive round the M25 twice... on a SUNDAY!

Okay - replied to all messages now so dropping the topic.

I think this was the third disappointment of the weekend so next week will be better.

Karma has a knack of coming back on people who do bad things like this and whilst I wasted some money, but saved a lot more ;)

I would name and shame her. It really annoys me when people let people down. Basicallly she just didnt want to do it, people will always make it to something if they really want to, even if they are 'hungover', 'ill', 'car wont start' or any other bullshit reasons people like to give.

Totally agree....

She could have even said, can we meet & give me an hour or so to sort myself out after picking me up......

The model is in the wrong..... but hey, we have all gone through hard or bad times.

Wishing you well Harry, can't wait to see you again ;)

Totally unprofessional regardless of if she is full time, part-time pro / semi-pro or an amateur to get hammered knowing a shoot next day. The same goes for excuses ( read lies in 99% of cases ).
Of course genuine illness of course can not be helped or planned but even then you should get told at least couple of hours before the shoot.

This is why, except for a handful of very reputable models, I will no longer fund a studio / location, travel very far or book holiday off work for a shoot.
