LOL....you know what Toybox, you probably think you know-it-all in this industry.
I might not have included more info on my advert and that's left for those who are interested to email me for more info, which that have done.
You need to go back to your shed and work on how to approach people. You claimed to be a professional in this industry and you obviously didn't act like one. Pardon me!
I'm new in this industry and that's why i need to take my step one at a time. i didn't claim to know-it-all, as you have done. Thanks to your rude comments on my post.
I might not have put some vital information on the Ad, and your lack of 'professional' approach to my so-called 'incomplete' advert painted your true colour to all and sundry on this forum.
Please mate, let's stop this banter here. I need to concentrate my energy on something more important than replying to your malicious post. We are adults, right? So, let it stay this way PLEASE

Hmmm
Truth is Max that if you lined up all the people who "new to the industry" thought that they could make money from porn, and failed, the Queen could shake their hands from London to Glasgow.
Making a profit from porn is HARD.
The big problem with "profit share" offers is usually the lack of said profits. It is therefore standard practice for people to PAY crew.
I usually tell new producers that they need to be able to invest a few grand in shooting to try and get commissions, and 20K if they want to push out a themed web site at a big enough level to really test the idea.
You might come across the Content Share concept, which can work well for marketing savvy models, because they are confident that they can sell the stuff, and the fact that someone esle is doing it doesn't matter.
Law and Sex Discrimination - you can advertise for a female IF the job needs a female - e.g. she will also appear in front of the camera (e.g. because the concept is "female production company" so it's important to film her filming, or something).
Good luck

I wanted to email you but you don't have contact details on here. I did ask a question regarding sales, but it seems you and Toybox were busy haha.
The reason I asked is I work as an adult industry consultant and selling content, arranging distribution is part of what I do.
Please get in touch if you are interested and do not have a distribution deal in place.

Thanks so much Paul for your advise, you're a true gentleman.
The thing is i've got this idea and looking to work on it on a small budget by partnership with another female to push the project forward successfully. That's one of the best way i think it could work out. It will involve travel as well, which i'm willing to pay for.
Anyway Paul, thanks so much and i'll get back to you on how i'm getting on.
I should be able to complete my first project sometimes early next year.
Thanks alot
Max

Some years ago i tried to place an ad in a well known publication for female models to work in the adult industry and they made me re-phrase it to Models required females preferred, so it didnt fall foul of the Sex Discrimination Act, needless to say i got replies but mostly from guys !wink!

Hey Max!
Glad to see you are now able to get the ball rolling with your project, I know when we spoke a couple of months back you were in the early stages of setting up distributers and ideas etc so its great to see things are on the move

its a shame we dont live closer as you know I loveee being behind the cam too hehe!
You will find some really nice people on here (some of which have already replied - nice guys) and that will offer you plenty of help and advice. Dont be put off by negative comments - we all have to start somewhere babe and you are doing your best so keep at it. I know of a few people that would definately help you but like me they are DARN SARF lol.
Good luck with the venture and let us know how you get on xx

Thanks so much Honey for your advise and encouragements. We all learning everyday.
You see, the industry are for the pros. An inexperienced amateur will just end up getting chewed up and spit out. So i'm learning to avoid these till I have paid my dues as a newcomer LOL.
Thanks sweetheart and don't forget our deal. I already reserved a slot for you. And i will keep you posted.
