Re earlier the earlier query Amanda Rendall's special was Vol 3.
Also: Bluebird do shoots as special TV girls become available. Once 5 scenes are canned a volume release follows, unless its something really special like Vols 3 and 4.

I heard on the grapevine that BlueBird (UK at least) where under quite a bit of financial constraint at the moment.
There was some confirmation of this with the issues surrounding the satellite channel legal case which was supposedly caused by them not paying or not having the money to pay their bills.
On a related note I can't help but be shocked by just how crappy the production values of the movies are that seem to have been shot in the UK (some with US starlets as cast). I hate to think what the US starlets must think coming over to work on a Bluebird (who have a fairly good rep. in the states, at least for distribution) flick only to be cast in a poorly funded panto.
Daisy Marie was in one I saw and the look on her face in her scene was like she was thinking 'What the fuck am I doing here!'.
I suspect the release of the Reede special from TV Babes XXX has been done in an effort to make some cash quickly by capitalising on Reede's popularity from Babestation TV, magazines et al. The Amanda Rendall video apparently did well at least until it appeared on the web and got downloaded by millions without a cent going to Bluebird.
One last thing I have to say about Bluebird is that I cringe when I see the owner guy of Bluebird (can't remember his name) in so many movies and scenes as if he is the star and the way he seems to have a hold over Natasha Marley is like he is her 'beat you up if you try to quit' pimp!
When all is said and done I shall enjoy watching the Reede Special when I get the chance but I doubt it's anywhere as good as the scene Reede shot for BabeStation Xtreme with Lolly Badcock (not that I've seen it) and I would guess that was produced for next to nothing.

Yes I saw the Reede-Lolly film from Babestation Xtreme - 19 Nov I believe. I confirm it was in a different league to the Bluebird one and as you say was no doubt produced for next to nothing. To be honest, the Bluebird film is made to look drab in comparison with the Babestation one.
I think the reason for the quick release of the Reede film by Bluebird was to try and milk it before everyone knew about the Xtreme film, because nobody that's seen the Xtreme film is likely to bother with the Bluebird effort. Plus there's apparently more to come from Reede on Babestation Xtreme too, so it made sense for Bluebird to rush their effort out as soon as possible, to try to milk whilst they still can. Once people are aware that the Xtreme Reede material is available, the Bluebird effort will be effectively consigned to the dustbin.
