Unlike some companies we dont take 4 hours to shoot one scene... the entire shoot would of been about 4 hours

My fee is minimum ?200 for up to 2 hours and then ?35 for each half hour there after. From my limited but increasing experience this is fair and reasonable.

Masie has a point ?75 for one is shite bit when you get paid ?300 for 3 hours boy-girl or ?350 for boy-girl with anal etc... in that 3 hours you can fit in what you can fit in, however no model will really take a job for an hour, it's not worth the travelling depending on where it is and if it's a model from London that would just be her train fair eve if it was 1 hours work plus travel, it's not worth bothering with, which is why models usually have a minim booking period.

Some good points have indeed been made, even though I agree with you Paul no model with half a brain would except a 1 hour job... unless she lived next door to the photographer lol...

What I am really miffed off with is the way I made it very clear what the shoot entailed and what the pay was... I then asked the agency to find me girls that were happy with the levels, the amount of work and the pay...

I was given 3 girls by that agency of which the client chose 1... now we tried to confirm the 1 and was told the rate was not fair... after submitting the girls being fully aware of what was needed...

Really feel let down, and like the agency as wasted our time... we now have to back to a client, who happens to be a new client we're just forging a working relationship with, and the first shoot they had hired us for as gone tits up !

The contract would mean regular work for us, the models, the agency... and they do this... great start... NATTTTTT !

Just a view from over the water (Channel), but here in mainland Europe
it is rare, if not close to impossible to book talent by the day.
My entire 30+ career in porn, mainly shooting in Europe and Hollywood, is
based on a per sc rate.
Currently, an average girl in Budapest or Prague gets 400 normal + 100 +
100 for anal or DP (Euros), boys much much less. The current rate of
Aletta Ocean, as a top star, is 800E for basic BG + Commission !!! And
many girls do 2 scs a day !! (when one might, if using same girl, get a
discount).

I am guessing most of what is shot in Europe is big production companies... and again what qualifies as a scene... how long would a girl be working ?

We dont shoot like big production companies where girls are on set for most of the day... I can shoot a boy girl scene pics and video easily in 60-90 minutes...

Like most of the smaller production companies have commented in this thread, and some of the girls too... 4 hours work, and getting a realistic amount of content in that time is fair... we were paying ?500 for that, and apparerlently it wasnt enough...

When we spoke to some girls they were more than fine with the work and the rate... some were not, we didn't go off on one for those that weren't just accepted we wouldnt be working with those girls on this project...

Some girls told us they would want ?1200 for the work... no offense to them but if they can get that rate then good luck to them... just not something we can pay...
