I am entitled to my opinion and when I am PAYING someone I can book WHO I want for whatever reason I want.

I simply can't stand that 'fashion' and in my experience girls who wear them to look 'cool' I haven't got on with.

I was nothing but polite and courteous to you and offered my sincere apologies for wasting your time. It isn't my problem that you took offence to it.

And all you creepy model arse lickers who would eat the shit of model given half a chance can do one as you know nothing about this industry or me.

When we shoot bukkakes we always get the models to wear glasses (usually sun glasses) because its extra added precaution as spunk in your eyes is a direct root to the blood stream so to us its the norm, also when shooting office / secretary themed films the models always wear glasses.
Girls will create a look that suits them like e.g. Emma Butt who also wear glasses & looks great...

When I FINALLY get my severely delayed shooting schedule underway (early November) I was going to specifically ask you to wear them.

I would have to say, that as the director and/ or person that actually pays the dosh and takes the risks, you have the right to make that your preference.

It's no different for actors or actresses auditioning for TV or film roles, ie whoever pays, says!

Unless you are Michael Caine, who'd say, "Piss off" to any director who asked him to remove his specs.

That's fine she can ignore me. It's my preference where as yours is to book her with them on.

Still don't understand the timewaster title and would like the mods to look at removing it. It's not like i booked her and cancelled last minute or no showed, only 2 emails were exchanged.

The problem it seems to me is the tone and language of your message.

"pointless", "cant stand" etc. Those comments just werent required and gives the message a dismissive and rude tone.
And basically makes you look like a burke, sorry.

There are ways and means of getting a message across, some are skilled in the use of language and others can make themseleves look like a pissed bull in a china shop.

Your message could very easily be taken by the reader as insulting. Putting "apologies" at the start dosent make it any better.

Mandy's aren't non-prescription clear lenses, I know, I've tried them on.

I really don't get why you didn't just ask her not to wear them, or to wear her alternative non-geeky glasses. Bizarre!

Like Jim says I can book who I want and don't really need people to tell me who I should and shouldn't be booking.
