Are you sure? That sounds like you have just indicated that your initial investors benefit from a non dilution clause.

That would help justify an apparently high valuation but would be very usual.

If I was trying to be funny I would say "I have a bridge to sell"

If I was being serious, I would say "Paul Jones hit it on the end"

Sorry ?500k for 9% is a little optomistic... just ask you self what would Duncan say... ?

Dave, I wish you all the best with your idea, has it raised anything for you let?

Puretotty - Why, the company will be selling on a global basis across all media's and have office's in the UK & US. Sometime you just have to think bigger.

There is 49% of the company up for investment in total if extra funds are required, so the deal cannot offer a higher amount on the first round of investment.

As it is a crowd finding package there is the option for a number of people to invest small amounts and gain a share of the company and all the benefits that this will bring.

After loads of initial interest and bullshit promises it has petered out to nothing but that's my point Jason, it's pointless. Any short term returns are unlilkely to say the least. Long term are ONLY a maybe. Putting your money into modern porn now is worse than gambling.

That's a shame Dave it didn't work for you. The crowd funding model is based on a long-term returns not the short. With the plans in place for this project, it will work and will offer good returns for those that invest and get involved and not just financially.
