I heard bad stories about Belgium which is quite cheap.

And for your information..I am proud to be a 'shallow money grabber'. I LOVE money. My 'shallowness' allows me to sleep soundly at night. I seldom lie awake worrying about the whales or worldwide politics unlike a clever man like you clearly does.

Regarding the 'myth' you speak of, I have over 500 of these 'myths' and in reality they help feed my money-grabbing habit.
