It's not in their interest to piss off people like you because you earn them most of their money.
Something I've found that is helpful when you are trying to get an account back is to attach a photo of yourself holding a bit of paper saying "Adultwork" and the date just to prove that it is you and not some chancer.

Try the above email addresses, though i emailed them last week on the 1st address over an issue and not heard back.

Next time, also check your spam folder. There's a good chance the missing emails could have gone straight there.

I got it all sorted in the end thanks guys to those of you that didn't see my post.

I am a fully verified member with the verification picture and sent all my driving license details off etc, so they know that I'm not a fraudulent member.

Ultimately it was my fault as I faffed about with my email address and didn't save the details before logging off. However, it is quite disconcerting to know that all it takes is a small slip-up and you can be locked out of your account perhaps permanently, purely because they rely so heavily upon this automated answer system.

Through virtually harassing them via the faq email route I finally got an answer though, so I'm happy enough for the moment anyhow

The authorities had accessed mine & other peoples private emails on AW which got me well pissed at the time but AdultWork did answer all my questions to which we were satisfied they had nothing to do with it.
A few days after authorities called on us it was splashed all over the news that the government were going to read peoples mail under new laws being passed.

We do everything by the book so there was no case with us but we were able to warn about 30 other people who deleted their mail & changed their profiles to hide their tracks so at least some good come out of it.

We did ask BGAFD to remove the said post but they have chosen not to...maybe like us they wanted to warn others about big brother watching us lol!

Its a lot better to be verified Jamie as it shows you are genuine & real to potential customers, glad to hear everything is fine now with your account.
