Back in the day, the only reason a certain dwarfish smut svengalia managed to make millions, was because punters never complained when they shelled out hundreds of pounds on pantomime slap and tickle, after being promised decent filth by an agressive Private shop salesman.

The idea that some folk would rather spend hard cash, then make a simple phone call which may indentify them as a 'wanker' to the person on the other end, defies belief and understanding. These people sell SEX, they're not going to start abusing you down the line because you admit to pleasuring thy self!
There's no such thing as anonimity online, especially when you pay by credit or debit card; get yourself out of the closet, be loud and proud if you aren't happy with a service. Say it loud, say it proud, stop being a ponce.

Megaton, all the images are re-scanned in-house and sent up on disc. What particularly do you dislike about the quality? Resolution (they're all 72dpi) or dimensions?

The earlier pictures, say from 1998 to 1999 or 2000, are very small and low quality.
Speaking as a Nadia fan, it's a shame as she did a lot of great sets for you in that period photographed by Bob Twigg, and it would be nice to see them in high resolution.
I know that one or two of these sets have since appeared on other sites in much higher resolution. Perhaps your site could rescan all of Nadia's early sets, and then you could promote this in the magazine? I think it would win you new subscribers.
Anyway, it's great that the recent Sexclub pictures are such good resolution, it's great that you're listening to people's feedback here.

You can't deny that this telephone cancellation thing is just plain bad. It's quite obviously a deliberate hurdle to prevent or delay cancellation, and therefore extract extra money from an unwilling customer.
The original poster is therefore right. This aspect of the site is a rip-off, however good the quality of the site may be in other respects.
You have responded on behalf of the organisation, but say you have no power to do anything. You have also asked for such criticisms to be made in private, so nobody else will be aware of the problem, and you won't have to do anything about it.
I say thank God for sites like this which provide a platform to expose shameful scams like this. I suggest that everybody who reads this should refrain from joining this site, or make that dreaded phone call and cancel, until such time as you implement an honest cancellation system.

It might be bad but it isn't a SCAM
If it were a scam it wouldn't be mentioned in the terms & conditions
The idea that some people will be afraid to call & cancel is laughable
I actually see the phone system as positive as the site will get first hand information as to why the person is cancelling where as online cancellation
is a waste of time for constructive feedback
As someone above pointed out this will lose them potential customers...especially overseas punters for who the cancellation call is a major inconvenience IMO.
Obviously the phone cancellation system must be having some success in retaining members otherwise it wouldn't exist

No its not a scam but its devious. The cancellation telephone cancellation policy is a bariier that need not be there.
There is no feedback or 'contact us' facililty in the site making communication with the site near impossible.
Even the editor responding on this site declaring "If you ever have any feeback about our site, please feel free to email me direct " does not disclose his name but posts under the anonymous Mayfair and Mensword.
