As far as I remember postage was free If you ordered 3 or more, it might be the same for one but not to sure as I have always ordered more than one, better to order a few more as it is cheaper. Usualy about ?40 and you can order 4 including postage as I remember.

You hit the nail right on the head Dodger 44 is very good!
VD also stands for Very Delightful so cant think why you are concerned about the initials.
